Ms. Nyieta Charlot (973) 655-4216

Nyieta is responsible for managing the study abroad application process and advises students individually and in groups. She plans campus outreach events such as the Study Abroad Fair and coordinates visa services for the Disney International College Program.

She spent a semester abroad in Brazil, lived with a host family and counts it as a transformative experience personally and professionally.

She's traveled to Ghana, Cuba and other countries and loves helping students study abroad. A graduate of St. Francis College (NY) and Seton Hall University she also served as Co-Chair of NAFSA's Subcommittee on Underrepresentation in Education Abroad and advises on the National Gilman Scholarship program.

Domenica Dominguez (973) 655-4483

Domenica is responsible for developing, evaluating and managing Montclair State University study abroad and international programs for incoming and outgoing students. She also meets with students for study abroad and scholarship advising. Domenica spent a year living abroad in Spain (loved it!) before receiving her Master's degree from Columbia University. She has traveled to many countries and looks forward to sending you abroad for an amazing experience.

Wendy Gilbert-Simon (973) 655-4185

Wendy is responsible for developing and managing Montclair State University's faculty led short-term study abroad programs and short term programs at MSU for international students. She also runs international events and guest lectures by visiting international scholars. Wendy speaks Japanese and French as well as a bit of Haitian Creole. She did a BA in Asian Studies at Connecticut College and an MA in Japanese at Stanford University, and spent her junior year abroad (and then some!) in Japan, and so far has traveled to Austria, Belgium, China, Czech Republic, England, Finland, France, Germany, Haiti, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Mexico, Slovakia, and Spain, and hopes that everyone has the opportunity to experience the world.
