BOURNEMOUTH UNIVERSITY is offering courses for Nutrition and Food Science students.

NOTE: The exact course schedule will be finalized upon confirmation of course availability by the Bournemouth Mobility Coordinator and Montclair State faculty.  This process takes some time and occurs after a student has been nominated for the exchange place.  
  • Apply by September 15th of your sophomore year for the spring semester and March 1st for the Fall semester
  • Earn 15 Credits- All approved for Food Systems concentration
  • Each semester runs as follows:
    • Fall semester: September through January
    • Spring semester: February through June

Accommodation and Meals

Campus housing is available upon request. You may stay in Lyme Regis House. This accommodation is situated in the centre of Bournemouth.

Application Process

**First preference is given to students in the concentration.  Other students in SCM may apply and will be considered if spaces are available.  Students not currently in SCM may apply and will only be considered if they have the appropriate background and spaces are available.**

To start an application, please click on the "Apply Now" button on the top right of this brochure.  Please complete the Montclair State University study abroad application process. In addition, please submit the Bournemouth University application to the Study Abroad Office at Montclair State.
